Would this container be good for slings?

Also since you're here can you help me with something else? I will be receiving my first T to come in the mail soon. So, how do you unpack 3/4-1" slings? I'm afraid I might kill it while unpacking it

Contact the seller and ask how they were packed: wrapped in tissue in vials or in straws. From there, look up unpacking videos on youtube. I personally prefer the straws as unpacking is a breeze; just open up one end and scoot the little guy out (or better yet, don't bother, open said straw and stick it in it's container-it'll come out on it's own). With them packed in vials, all you really need to do is gently pull out the towel, set the towel-wrapped sling down and slowly begin to unravel it-eventually you'll see the little guy. Just don't apply any pressure to the paper towel since you generally won't know where the sling is within.

Watch out for narrow bottomed containers though, they're very easy to tip over.

Depends on species, I'm confused are you just looking for sling containers in general?

I wouldn't use the middle one at all, too narrow on the bottom. I use 16 oz. Solo deli cups for a lot of my slings of varying sizes. I know Poec54 uses this size even for his Avic slings.

I've used the KFC cups before but they outgrow them fast

I used the red KFC cups recently. The lids are hard to open for feeding without jarring the T around. Couldn't wait for my L difficilis slings to outgrow them. I've found that the ultimate sling enclosures are urine sample jars with the screw on lids.

But they are a little too small for my liking to hold larger slings so I am experimenting with different containers.
