My Rosea's egg has hatched! Estimation would say there's between 200-400 spiderlings. I've taken some pictures (though it's midnight here, so bad lighting and I'm tired)

I'm uploading 5-6 for now :)

Enjoy!

Close up of the waterdish (NOTE: this picture does NOT represent the mass of spiderlings, this area is relatively unhabited by the spiderlings! it just looks nicer!)

Here's another close up of some spiderlings

Last pic for tonight! I'll try getting some more tomorow, the actual egg hasn't opened fully yet either

Hope you liked them! I know a few of you are... err.... 'expecting' with this species!

Congratulations. It's not a species that does a thing for me, but knowing how popular it is with some I really like to see captive breeding successes with it nonetheless.

Congrats Any species is great to see hatched in captivity and I am always pleased to see fresh slings and new bloodlines. Any T is worth breeding regardless of cost or how common it is as things may not always be that way and CB only helps the hobby.

Great to hear there are more G.Rosea on the market, I'm only interested in the red phase to be honest, but its still fantasic to hear that you had a succesful mating & Egg-hatching.

I find it amazing that something like that, small, hairless and kinda funny looking can grow up to be so beautiful.

Do you always leave your eggsacs with the mother? What kind of success rates do you have?

Congrats! And what a gorgeous red-phase Mom!

I used to be indifferent towards rosies until I got one of my own - now they just melt my heart. :)

Good luck separating all the little ones out. =D

Hmm, looks definitely a lot more coppery than mine - maybe just the light?
