i've been planning to get a new tv with external speakers, but the only place i will be able to put them is near my T's terrarium, will the vibrations from the speakers stress out the tarantula?

You’ll need to wear headphones, and have a sound proof room too.

Maybe search the forum…

If its constant bass, it will have an impact.

One day, someone was machine hammering in the basement. I was upstairs, in the living room where the tarantulas are.

i started hearing something unusual. A new sound. It sounded like soft tapping.

i then noticed my g pulchripes mature female tapping. She was affected by the work in the basement.

one time, ok. Everyday, all day, it could have an impact that is negative, in long term. Putting a tarantula on edge all the time.

i always remember the simpsons episode with the snakes. Thats pretty much it.

pretty sure some people do it and would say their tarantulas are fine.

its not something i would want. Maintenance and feeding would probably be off, and molting challenged. But, i havent read any papers on it.

its just my logic and sense of observation.

i know id probably be very irritable if i lived in a mining complexe, my bed above the shafts.
