Why they wont infest

Yeah...being cool with bugs is a must for any potential spouse.

Well, that's the way I see it. Although it's not the most important thing to ask on my list, I wouldn't expect my guy to fall in love with my tarantulas and understand my infatuation with any bug I see. All I ask is that he simply respect my choice in hobbies (Fortunately, I'm granted the respect that I simply asked for )

Ask them if they'd worry about butterflies, dragonflies, ladybugs or grasshoppers infesting a home, and explain that MOST of the cockroach family is no different than any of these other "normal" insects. They are outdoor insects. Those that thrive in our buildings are unusual for the group.

Actually, my wife and I lived in apartment that was infested with ladybugs. During the winter and early spring, there were always 5-20 on the walls at all times. Of course, they were just using the wood shingle siding of the house as a place to overwinter and happened to wander in one of the numerous holes in the apartment not actually living within the apartment for extended periods.

oh no you don't, lol. A true lady bug infestation is sickening. They die by the hundreds in your window sills, constantly flying into closed windows, always crawling across the carpet.... And if you ever smash one, they smell awful..

There's nothing cute about them after the first 10 minutes.

Really? That's too bad.. there's nobody here in the US that doesn't like inverts.
