Why me?

I went to check on my babies a few minutes ago, and discovered by 2" P. Irminia curled up, dead. I only had her for about a month....She was close to the most beautiful T I have ever owned. I never felt so terrible about losing one, either. She would have been gorgeous as an adult....

Sorry to hear that Pategirl. Any idea what the cause of the death was?

Aww Pategirl I'm so sorry. I had the same thing happen with a P. irminia sling recently, I know what a huge bummer it is to lose one.

I think the hardest part about keeping large collections of animals like tarantulas is when you lose one like that for no reason at all. Keep your chin up girl!

I have no idea....she was perfectly healthy last time I looked at her, as far as I could tell. She had been eating and everything.
