Anyone know why my A.geniculata could be sitting in her water dish? She is not drinking and humidity is 70% and rising in her cage. Do they just do this somtimes? or do i have something to worry about?

Thanks,

Mark

It may be that the humidity is to low. I find if raise the humidity they will stop doing it..

do you think that caused the death of my avic, because before the moult it was always going into the water dish, and i thought it was just drinking? Thanks,

James

I don't know, but I never mist my avic's tank, and she never sits by her waterdish (that I see anyway, sometimes I see small white familiar things in there, but that's it ;) ) and it's not like it's very humid here.
