White spot underside of tarantula abdomen

Does anyone have any idea what the white spot in the image could be? my OBT hasn’t eaten in months which is unusual for her and I noticed this white spot what looks to be on one of her book lungs maybe.

I'm no expert so wait for them to chime in, but it looks raised/textured, so I don't think it's from rubbing hair off, it looks like a cyst.

Any chance you have her last molt lying around? When was it?

Do you have a picture of the full enclosure, in case it helps?

Any other unusual presentations or is it just the anorexia? Are you certain she's not eating (because you pull the feeders out after a while)?

Here are some photos of her enclosure, and yes I have been pulling the food out, she will kill it then leave it. And o unfortunately do not have last molt but she molted and probably 6 months ago, o do not think she has eaten since. She is currently 5 1/2 years old.

I can’t say what it is, but it does look abnormal. Hopefully it molt out of the issue.
