Whiptails and Vinegaroons

Just would like to know what size habitat is adequate?
What is their average life span and also if their 'vinegar' spray is harmful to humans?
Which one would you recommend or are they both pretty similar to own?

Depends on species and no their "spray" is not harmfull to humans but it is not good to have it in your eyes.
