Well, after coming out just that once she's burrowed in again. I guess she was thirsty but not really ready to emerge on any sort of permanent basis. I've been paying close attention to the way stuff is piled over the "entrance" and it hasn't been disturbed since my last post. It's amazing to me that some of these T species have what amounts to a "pause button" on their metabolisms. She could probably stay down there for a year considering how fat she was the last time I saw her.
