What's the white patches on my scorpion's tail? Should I be concerned?

That is dried up feces on the anus.
That substrate looks very dry, your scorpion requires moist substrate and a relative humidity of 60-90%
It also requires a bath that fits the entire scorpion, the scorpion will go into the bath all by itself, it helps to dissolve that dried up poop.

If it's too dry and there is not enough humidity in the enclosure, it will dessicate and kill your scorpion. Its a big beautiful specimen and like others have said, it will really appreciate a water bowl to soak its whole body in! And yes, that is poop caking the telson.

Sorry for bad English

Thank you for all of your responses, this is my first scorpion and even though I have it for a year I have never seen anything like this before I've added additional substrate and a Water dish big enough for the scorpion to bathe in. I misted the enclosure once every one or two days and everything seems fine with him.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to help my situation.
