I accidently moved a little to close to a paper wasp nest and one of the wokers suddenly flew out and stung me on my ear lobe, so my right ear looks swollen.... how troublesome. So where was the worst place you got nailed by a bee/wasp/hornet?

On the 2nd joint of my index finger. Swelled up a little bit, but hurt every time I would flex the finger.

That's the most memorable one. I couldn't tell you everywhere I was stung when I was 'attacked' by a yellowjacket nest at the age of 3.

While out riding my motorcycle in the country, a wasp got stuck in the back of my shirt and stung me on my back quite a few times. Ive also had one get stuck in my sock while riding and sting me, as well as my sleeve and neck. So far no wasps have made it inside my helmet, but I did have that happen with a bee.

Thankfully, Im not affected much by bees and wasps, so none of it was that big a deal. More of an annoyance than a pain. ;)

ive been stung 3 times ever by bees, the first was on the last joint of my middle fingeron my right hand, the only sting i have ever considered "painful", i was 8 at the time, the other two stings just got my attention and went itchy, no pain.

Multiple times on my spine when I was in first or second grade playing tag and I fell over and I happened to land flat on a wasp.

Another time when a didn't realize a bee had flown inside my shirt and was walking on my chest/neck area and it's feet tickled so I scratched my chest and it stung me on my collarbone.

oh,lets see,i have been stung on my legs, back, hand, face, and neck, all in one hit.I walked behind my house in a patch of woods when I was 14-15 and there was an old sheet metal barn, and we was tearing off sheets of tin for our hangout in the woods. There was a sheet that was half buried and folded over.I jumped on top of it,and instantly about 50 huge red wasp came out and nailed me over and over.I had to go to the hospital I was stung so much.I remember the Dr. at the hospital telling my mom and me i was stung 34 times. It was horrible. My friends that was with me got stung too,but only a few times.Other than that,I have been stung too many times to remember.

Me- I was on my 6th grade spring camping trip and we were working on a trail and were taking a break. I was sitting on a rock and a bee got into my shirt and stung me on the breast near the nipple.
My brother- He was on the mile run and a bee ran into his mouth and stung him in the back of the throat. He finished the mile.

My brother and I decided to check out a few harvester ant nests, and stupidly forgot to put on socks with our shoes.

This species was so aggressive that many snuck into our shoes without us knowning and stung us inbetween our toes!!! Man that hurt! Especially since toes rub against eachother.

Edit: For wasps, on my ankle, the one time I didn't deserve it hah. She really let me have it, my whole foot was strangely swollen for two weeks.

After stepping into a ground wasp nest I got stung all over my left arm, multipel times in my head, multipel stings on my left ear and on my lips. Cant say what the worst was.

Had a honeybee go down my left ear once, getting it out involved getting stung down the ear canal. Painful for 10 mins or so, but no more than any other bee sting.

Most surprising place was on my foot. I was sitting in the garden watching the new kitten investigate the bee hive, he was 'attacking' some of the bees that landed short. I was watching him shake his paw frantically when I felt a sudden sting on my foot - the bee he had been playing with had been flung 10ft and landed on my sock, whereupon it promptly stung me. Bloody cat........{D

Well, i was walking around next to this water hole thingie t=that helps drain my neighborhoods water, but this thing is covered with tons of gray rocks. As i was walking through, i stepped on a loose rock and then i heard a buzzing noise. I started running like crazy but it was too late, one of them somehow flew up my shorts(and i was wearing boxers) and stung me right in the fuzzy dice, and the other got me in the back of the leg. Talk about pain, my entire right leg went num until the point that it was throbing with pain and i could barely walk(unfortunatly i still had to get home so i had to pretty much crawl a 1/4 of a mile:). To tell you guys the truth, i think the leg hurt more than the other place, the leg was a lasting, throbing pain, and the fuzzies were more of an extremely painful whack. Unfortunatly i am now extremely skittish around wasps and hornets. The other sting was by a bee, in the cheek at my birthday party when i was like six. That didn't hurt to much, and i felt bad for the poor bee, it was hovering around my face, and i slapped it while it landed on my cheek(i was very dumb:).

Oh, i lived in South Carolina for a good while, there are loads of fire ants down there, and i have had plenty of experiances with them. One time i was just walking and i stepped in one, the other times, i was testing them and purposly stepped on the nest and was inevitebly stung.

I have a little greenhouse that I keep my collection of cacti in. When I was watering them last week a very peeved hornet flew out and stung me on my lip. It hurt a bit and swelled up alot. My husband liked it - he thought I looked like Angelina Jolie. (Well my LIPS did anyway) One of my first reactions was to suck my lip into my mouth. It must have had some venom on it because GAWD did it taste AWFUL. Woke me up a bit!
