Wolfram Covered a lot of good points. Shade tolerant, slow growing etc. I focus on slow growing as I don't want to cut out stems and leaves too often messing up webbing. So I avoid most vines especially pothos. I have used more desefed varieties of wandering jewelry a few times. They do well in shade. But get real colorful
I dint really like Sansevieria personally, but they work exceptionally well in spider tanks. Grow slow enough. And have many many varieties that can fit any enclosure (ie. Taller arboreal and shorter terrestrial.
The only thing I would add that I do in my tanks is plant all the plants in containers without holes. This prevents watering making the rest of the substrate moist and allows total control of moisture within the tank.
