I have had my Neoholothele Incei for 5 months. This morning I walked into the room and filled her water like I normally do, but I've been gone for 3 days so I wanted to make sure all was well. Needless to say I'm freaking out bc I noticed this weird spot on her. I don't know what this is?????

Not in focus- hard to know.

If it’s an injury there’s relatively nothing an owner can do but wait.

Looks like a healing injury or a "cyst" if you search that term on here you'll find lots of people documenting their experiences. Usually the tarantula survives. I would remove anything from the enclosure that could possibly scrape the area and make it worse, keep the water dish full, and don't overfeed. You don't want a huge abdomen, it can put unnecessary pressure on the weak spot in the exoskeleton. Best of luck!

Looks like a burn. Is there a heat lamp on the enclosure?

Chiming in to say that it looks like some sort of lump from within the tarantula such as a cyst or cancer

If it’s an open wound, I would apply corn starch. It’s kind of hard to see the picture.

It’s probably a cyst I had a t survive a molt with one once but it later escaped and re damaged the cyst and died . When keeping larger Ts get a secure lid .
Unlike a continuous exoskeleton, the opisthosoma only has attachments that are by no means hardened. That's why the spider can burst when it falls.
Yep , sadly tarantulas just aren’t armored like some of their cousins like scorpions.
