yep, mites, thats a big infestation, put a big water bowl in your enclosure and let the tank dry out

They could be cricket eggs, pregnant female crickets often lay eggs in a moist scorpion enclousure.

Dom, I don't know if this will help or not but there is someone in the Tarantula forum that claims turning loose lady bugs will get rid of them.
