I don't think its a haplopelma because the way the light hits the abdomen it appears to have long hairs, but I'm leaning towards the same geographical area.

It is indeed from the same area as a Haplopelma but it isnt a Haplopelma.

Now I understand graffiti on a wall...but on a spider? That's messed up...lol. Who paints there spiders? Looks like Photoshop work or something.
