What is this? I just found it on my hissing cockroach this morning.

Looks like eggs to me. Hissers give birth to live young, meaning the females retain the eggs inside their bodies while they develop, and when the young hatch out the female gives birth. They will sometimes push the ootheca (egg case) out of their bodies for thermoregulation, so that might be what you're seeing here, but it could also be babies about ready to come out. You can see eyes on it...

Thank you so much, Is there anything I need to know about taking care of the babies, Is there certain fruits and vegetables they can't eat?

Nope, they'll eat whatever you're feeding the adults. They are hardy and will be pretty easy to raise. They are cockroaches, after all... LOL.
