Ok, what's going on here, my B. Apilobosum (0.5) is currently living in a pill bottle appropriate for it's size, and yet it has burrowed under to the point that the bottom of the bottle is now bare plastic and the top is compacted coir, should i dig it out and tamp down the coir or is this ok?

Yeah just leave it. It's just making itself a nice burrow.
There may come a time when it seals itself down there too. Don't dig it out then either. It can and will come out whever it feels like it. No need to worry! In fact, you'll learn to like it when that happens, as it usually signals an upcoming molt!

Try not to jar or shake the vial too much, or you might cause a cave in that'll ruin all it's hard work!
