Weird White Egg Looking Things

I see the Sand? or what ever is below the web.

Ignoring the picture above, because it is very dark, and can not fix.

Does you white eggs look like this.
If it does you have mold.

my pic is from a 3-4 day old enclosure the substrate was bone dry until i realized the avics needed more humidity and i wet it down that day . Still nto sure a wet substrate is the answer tho...
and the substrate is peat moss and i dont see what it is in there you are thinking is mold. what i was showing the OP was the spots on the web it self.
those were put there by the spider as it was there when it makde the web hammock
