So I just watched my scorpion rub its stinger all over itself and it's venom too. I've never seen my scorpions do this before. I was wondering if it was cleaning itself or doing some sort of weird scorpion ritual. I'm new to keeping scorpions, so any info would help a lot! Thank you!

Are you sure you seen it rub venom?

I've seen them bring their tail forward and clean it along with their chelae but I've never seen them actually rub venom on themselves. I guess it could of just been a reaction though.

Not sure if it was venom, but the scorpion was wet with something, and it wasn't water. So I just assumed it was venom.

Never assume. :p

The scorpion was just cleaning itself which is normal, I see mine do it a lot, especially more so on the tropical species.
