Are those wood chips/bark in the pic? That might make for a messy situation were the spider to take a tumble on to it after a fall from the side of your enclosure.
I believe its "Jungle bed" which has some chips in it. I usually use the expandable eco earth but didn't have any dried out, and decided to give this a try since a few our our T's have been riding the walls. I didn't think the chips were too bad and tried to grab mostly the loose substrate. Ill either pick them out, or just replace the substrate with some eco earth. On a positive side I do have the substrate rather high in the enclosure. Thank you for mentioning the chips though.

Can you really compare 1/3 to a 2.5" spider?

Of those second two pics (post 23), I don't know what the first is but it doesn't look like an LP to me. The second definitely looks like a pulchra.

No, But you can compare it to my G. Pulchra :D I think your "LP" looks pretty damn close to my G. pulchra, so you may have gotten a good deal. I paid $40 for mu little Pulchra, and if you got yours for $10 you got deal of the week.

True story. Now the right thing to do is order a few LP's to make sure I end up with one. But paying shipping for slings that are so inexpensive would be a waste, so I clearly need to order a few more to make it worthwhile. So I thank you for the pics, and the excuse to order more T's! Does anyone elses brain work this way? Its scary.

Also, would a pulchra stay that brown up to 2.5". I do have a G.pulchra sling, that is much smaller but seemed to darken quite a bit with its last molt.
