Those glad ware things are awesome, they are cheap, see through, and can be stacked. The invert room is in the middle of a redo so it is a little crowded. I hope to have wire shelving hung around the room by the end of may. I also want to "borrow" Kugellager's scorpion closet idea, when I can bring myself to part with the junk that is in it. Your set up looks very well laid out and neat I'm sure it gathers a lot of attention from visitors.

Excellent pictures, guys. You have some nice setups there. I hardly have any need for a bug room with only one tarantula. But I have something better, a snake room. ;)

Atrax, in the pic of your main wall, what's on the shelf on the left? I'm assuming adult Ts. Do you have some sort of color-coding system, or do you just happen to like green?

jcohen, what's in the tank with the two inches of water?

Don't you guys worry about sling vials being out in the open where they can be easily knocked over? I would, but that's because I'm a klutz, and I have a cat with a penchant for knocking things over.

This is my setup, the picture is a bit outdated (as I rarely have a digicam to use), the photo is from 24-2-2003. I now have 3 aquariums on the top shelf, and the aquarium for the little ones is even more filled right now. Excuse the large size, if I downsize it the names aren't readable.

A better view of the aquarium with the slings and juvies. At the top of the picture you can see the heating system, a glass section that is supposed to hold the light for the aquarium filled with water and with an aquarium heater in it, keeps the water nice and warm and helps to keep up the humidity.

Bry, the tank contains my son's baby red-eared sliders. The whole shebang is in his room because this T thing start as him wanting 1 spider and then grew substantially (can't get just one). I guess in reality this hutch will only work for a little while since most of my Ts are s'ling that will eventually need more space plus the bottom shelf now contains a cornsnake and a baby Ball Python.

I have used those great plastic rollable drawers for enclosures... but beware: there are gaps in the top that they can just zip through. My husband cut out cardboard in the shape of the drawer and glued it to the thing that holds the drawer.

Yep, that shelf is subs and adults. The green for some reason just happens to be the most popular color at the shop I buy them at. Color coding would be nice but the selection at the store doesn't always allow for the luxury of choice. ;)

Fortunately, I can just close the door most of the time. When we run the fan, we just keep a careful eye out. My cat's rarely frequent the basement though due to the presence of my older son and his many loud friends. lol! His room is next door to the bug room but is way bigger.

Nice set ups every one! :)
