I heard from another thread a while ago that isopods can eat recently molted or baby scorpions. Be careful. I have been skeptical about the isopods ever since I read it. Just trying to help, not make things more difficult for you.

I was kind of weary about putting other bugs in there from the get go. Hopefully I don't run into pest problems like that.

Hey John, I'm gonna steal your idea for the lid, sounds good! can you take a pic of the lid so I can see what you mean? Also, do you use a IR bulb, if so, how does that work with the lid? Is there a hole for the lamp? Thanks.
