Lost a Vietnamese pede today - Just 2 days of not-quite-dripping-wet and WHAM, looks like it had dessicated for weeks--- I know I don't need to reiterate this, but you need to keep these things dripping wet. The "dry" period was hardly 48 hours. Don't let this happen to you (it was the big one that ate the mouse, too).

And as the winter months roll in, it gets tougher to maintain humidity in dry houses with the heater on!

He seemed so feisty and alive, guess humidity is a lot to their keeping
