Simple as this:

Hadronyche and Atrax venom are very similar, so to rule out the H. is strong enough to kill a human is just plain dumb and indicates this person dont know much about this particular family of spiders and/or about venom in general.

so now's there's semantics, but

even if he used the right words and said that Hadronyche isnt LETHAL in even 10 percent of cases, he still couldnt prove his assertion for untreated cases
