I've had a nearly 2" B. smithi get out through the slot under the carry handle on the lid.
Ok, you really must have different Kritter Keepers. Because, yes, there is that hole and I sometimes hotglue it closed, but everything over 1" get's a KK with me.

I just rehoused her into a container that has a lid with holes punched in it just in case. She seems to be a little stressed, but over all she's fine. I would be stressed, too, if I fell on my butt then was forced to move houses, lol.

When I rehoused her, she was on the lid of the kritter keeper, but clearly wasn't big enough to slip through the slits. I rehoused her just in case, though.

The one that kills it.

A priori there's no way to know if a fall will cause death, unless you drop it from a plane.

what is the T has a velocity activated bomb attached to it, then it would explode at any dramatic shift in velocity. so id say its more a posteriori or contingent.
