My tailless whip scorpion is currently going through a molt, i've had him for 9 months or so and this is the first molt here with me. He is quite large & a 'damon medius'.
His carapace has popped off completely but his abdomen exo has ripped off just below the book lungs. It appears though his legs/book lungs have not come out. He's still in position, hanging upside down. He's alive but not really moving. I don't want to interfere & haven't touched, apart from one leg which he did wiggle. From videos i've seen they usually come out in one piece, not with the abdomen detached. Any advice?
(i am trying to get a photo to upload).
