Unkown Salticidae photos

hello,
went out lookin for jumpers today and found both of these hunting on the same fence post.havent tried to ID them yet but mabey someone can lead me in the right direction :]
im thinking that they are possibly male and female of the same species.below is the larger one and under that is the smaller spider.they were round 1/4" body length id say give or take.

found this one today at work.brought him home for some pics hehe.
he also wasnt shy about taking a cricket either.
any help with an ID is appreciated :]

also i will add that i think the first species pictured up top is in the genus Hentzia.

Top spider appears to be a subadult male Hentzia as noted, H. mitrata.

Second spider appears to be an immature male Maevia inclemens. Colors and pattern match the light form.

hey thanks alot for the info!
so if the first one pictured up top is a H.mitrata male do u think the spider pictured underneath it is a female of the same species?

It sure looks that way.
Note the differences in legs 1 between the two. Shorter and thicker on the female, and longer and thinner on the subadult male (long, slender legs 1 is an adult male characteristic).

Jeff is an expert, I have no clue on how to sex males from females unless I see the obvious larger palps on a mature male jumping spider.

I think the Maevia sp. is my fav., the males are the most interesting looking.

Here are a few photos of an unknown Salticidae I found outside today. There are two photos for a size reference, one with a rubberband from a cricket bag and the other is with a toothpick.
