uh... is there some very obvious reason that i'm missing, which would make it a bad idea to put newspaper or a plastic bag under the soil/leaves/etc???

I'm not seeing why this is going on about the "woman" being nice and letting him do it... I'd prolly do it too, just not with the t's. But then again I'd prolly go out into the upstairs hallway close all the doors, block them off with a towel/blanket and then set things up. oh... and make sure the dogs/cats/birds are all down stairs and safely tucked away too... so anyone wanting to take pics of scorps on the floors can come on over to my house :razz:
