My G.rosea has been moved from a piddly house (med. kritter keeper) to a mansion! (10 gal tank) with much deeper substrate and all that, i hope she's happy.
But I'm using a halfed-hollowed bit of log as a hide instead of the flower pot she had before, but she refuses to use it. She just chills on top, but even that part she's webbed over. I like the effect, but I'm worried its the type of wood.
I know i've read somewhere that some wood chips/shavings (i think cedar was among them?) cannot be used within the cage at all, are there any other woods that should be avoided?
