Everyone keeps mentioning Pokies versus other species of Ts. Out of pure stupidity, what is a pokie?

Ahh don't say that Tommy will blush! :)

His a great asset to this community and the hobby in general.

Most everyone here is IMHO.. Solid posting skills, well formed responses and great info abound.

Now time to start reading up on those Pokies! :D

Moving beyond the tossed flattery.

Poecilotheria regalis

Poecilotheria metallica

Poecilotheria formosa

Poecilotheria ornata

Poecilotheria subfusca

Poecilotheria smithi

Poecilotheria striata

Poecilotheria miranda

Poecilotheria fasciata

Poecilotheria rufilata

Poecilotheria tigrinawesseli

These are the Poecilotheria you will find in the hobby. They are arboreal, this genus contains the largest arboreals (ornata and rufilata). They are quite skittish and are not standardly handleable, this behavior is countered by their striking colors and patterns, a natural balance if you ask me, look but don't touch. Let me know if you need more detail, or have any other questions.

Haha, I agrees. He also help to calm me down when my smithi falls...
Hopes 1 day later I'll be experience enough to help others too.
