I do not think that was the point in that reply, the point was, I think, posting another company on here to buy you're stuff from.
same reply, never said anything about posting another company on here to buy you're stuff from.

if somebody wants to buy something from my ad here is it against TOS to direct them to morphmarket to make the purchase there? I can't find anything in tos prohibiting it but I may have missed it.
thanks
It really depends on what you mean by "direct them"?

If you're saying you:
  • Post a classified ad on AB (that follows OUR terms & conditions).
  • A user reaches out to you privately about purchasing something in your ad.
  • You respond to the user privately and tell them to go to MM to complete their purchase.
That is absolutely fine. There is no problem at all with that.

However:

If you're talking about posting a link in the body of your classifieds ad (on AB) (as whole or a part of the ad) that links directly to an external third party listing, that is not acceptable.

If what you're referring to is the "website" field that is present in ads:
  • a link directly to a listing is also not acceptable.
  • a link to (for example) your MM profile page would be acceptable.
Hope that helps to clarify,

Regards,
MrD

BTW, we moved this thread to the Troubleshooting forum as it is the appropriate forum for questions like this, as opposed to Tarantula Chat.

YES, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM SAYING. thank you for clarifying. (and I think for being the only person who really understood the question.) in hindsight I probably should have explained better what I meant.

sorry about posting in the wrong forum, I wasn't really sure where to put it.
