Poor little LD didnt make it either. The male hentzi pulled out after just a short time though.
All the damaged ones were on the bottom of the box. I think someone must have dropped it (on a pallet or what not) and that is what caused the issue.

All the packages goes through several packing machines and get thrown and tossed in a million directions.
If you pack theraphosids the right way they would never get hurt.
The no1 enemy to the T in a package is dehydration and/or heat.
