Curlies are popular for a reason.
Even if you're into more exotic or feisty spiders, a curly will grow on you.

She definitely did! I’m so glad I expanded into New Worlds. Now that I have I regret not doing so sooner, I was so stuck on only my Old Worlds.

Some of my favorites ended up being the freebies and hobby staples. If everyone orders the same thing off the menu, there's probably a reason. Lol

You’re right there. My Golden Redrump I came across at a exotics place locally, they got her in for someone as a custom order and the person never came and got her, so I got her for basically nothing, like $20. She’s a sub adult to, already good sized (roughly 3.5-4 inches), not a kicker, amazing condition. Actually out of all my new worlds I only have one out of 11 who kicks, and I mean will kick at anything which is my Brachypelma boehme.

Boehmei owner here. I've had my girl for close to 12 years now. When she was younger, she was a rambunctious little thing, kicking hairs for little reason. Nowadays, she rarely kicks unless really startled. It takes a while before she gets a bald spot. However, when a molt is imminent, hoo boy ! She goes to town and mines her molting mat with nearly all she has left.
