There are lots of tiny white maggot-like organisms all over the substrate, and some are crawling over my centipede. Are these harmful at all, or are they just more of a nuisance? Is it worth nuking the substrate, or will they just come back anyway? Thanks for all the help.

OK.. Now, are the worm like? Or are they really small? If there small they might be cricket babies(Un-cool)... If there work like, they might be feeding off a dead pinky or cricket.... Well thats all I know.. I could always be wrong..... Your should try to nuke it...
