I just made a new enclosure for my grammistola portori sling . With fresh coconut fiber. And I noticed under the cork bark that there were these tiny pin like hairs with little blue tops and I'm just wondering if anyone can help with answers? Is this safe or should I take it out and change it? I don't want to destroy it's burrow :(

Seems like mold to me. In small quantities it's supposed to be harmless to Ts.
Different keepers have their own ways of dealing with mold. Personally, I'd try to get it out with a spoon or something. If removing it from that bark is impossible, replace it.

Mold is practically always harmless. It can, however, be an indication that the enclosure is too wet and doesn't have enough ventilation. Check your husbandry and other than that you can just scoop it out.
