Thoughts on my Vietnamese Centipede enclosure?

Just an update on my experience. She's doing great I've caught her eating once. She leaves a mess that I pick up while the springtails get the little bits and pieces. She curled up around the bottom of the water bottle and I was concerned she needed some help getting out/was dead because she wasn't moving at all. I picked it up and she immediately scurried back into the hole the water bottle was placed in. Is this normal behavior or is she dehydrated? Her dish is constantly filled and I've put a plastic cover to retain humidity. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
