Ok... I have said it over and over again! No matter how long you keep tarantulas there always seems to be a new surprise in store.
In most of my cages for smaller spiders I use empty juice cans buried as a hide and a small plastic cup as a water dish.
Last night when I got home I looked into my rose hair's cage and almost fell over laughing... She had dug up her juice can and left it on top of the substrate. The funny part is that she dumped her water dish and placed it on top of the juice can!
I have no clue how she pulled this off but it was pretty cool.
