I’m very excited. My Theraphosa stirmi is finally molting as we speak. He has been preparing for a while now and when I checked in on him about an hour ago, there he was in position. When I purchased him in June, he was missing a back leg, so I am crossing my fingers that he has regenerated some of that lost limb. He is one of my favorite species that I care for and is appreciated by all that see him.

He'll almost certainly have partially regenerated the leg. It'll look funny though, seeing a tiny chicken leg next to the rest of those big stocky ones.

Fingers crossed he makes it out of the molt well! How big is he? :)
