Theraphosa apophysis worth getting?

I would imagine that a lot of us probably don't really consider getting a Theraphosa, because of how expensive they can be and the hairs. I keep saying that I'd rather not venture into them, but if I'm being really honest with myself, one of these days I'll end up getting one. Definitely stirmi, as they are the least expensive and are just as impressive as apophysis or blondi.

Ok, I’m very close to pulling the trigger!

But. Question on enclosures:

I’ve been reading about the burrowing habits of these guys and I understand that they go quite deep as adults, sometimes up to 2 meters, and often only stop when they hit water (many living close to the river bank).

So, as a young apophysis, would you benefit from a tall, deep enclosure - as used for an Asian fossorial - rather than the flat, terrestrial set-up I commonly see used?

You want deep damp sub yes. Although you don't have to go crazy. They dig out under their cork bark. And dig out further as they grow so they have room to moult but neither of my T.blondi's buried like say my Cyriopagopus sp Bach Ma.
