Adding a little bit of substrate (sand, dirt, coconut husk) to the container can help maintain humidity.

Ah yes I have a layer of outside soil mixed with eco earth. I saw a small soil or stone centipede inside. Will it kill the termites? It was only 2-3 cm long

I'd try and remove the centipede if possible. They may prey on termites. Eco earth and sand should work just fine though.
