Hey Y'all!
We want to announce that there is now a rescue group for T's in the greater Austin area... Central Texas Tarantula Rescue and Rehabilitation.
The title is not so sexy, but what we offer is:
We are hoping to help families who are unsure of how to manage a tarantula gain greater confidence through providing information. We are willing to coordinate with anyone to pick up specimens they no longer want, regardless of genus and species. Plus, we are willing to ensure that the T's are placed in homes where they're most likely to be cared for and enjoyed appropriately.

- Rehabilitation of T's that have endured poor keeping
- Education and information regarding appropriate T keeping
- Adoption services to those looking for a T as a pet
