Tarantula range maps?

Are there any papers or books that cover the ranges of North American tarantulas? If anybody has any references on ranges of any of the North American species I would love to have them. Are there any keys to the identification of North American Tarantulas? Again I would love to have some references on this also. Thanks in advance!

I believe that Smith might have a paper out dealing with the ranges of some NA species. As for keys, the Aphonopelma genus is currently under revision, so I don't know if anything is out there that would be considered accurate. I'll see if I can dredge up some more information.
