Since January my b smithi juvenile has refused food, and lately it has been moving with it's 2 front legs curled very sluggish. She's still alive but could this mean she is possibly dying?

It's possible, but it's also possible she may molt, and have whatever is curling its front legs go away.I hope for the best for her.

Her abdomen is quite small, but as I said she's refused food for quite some time, I'll go grab my camera for some photos.

I can't see the two front legs,so I will ask.Do you know what a "hooked out" male looks like? They would be on his two front legs.If it is female,I don't have a clue,it's too small to be dying of old age, unless it's male.It has that look of a male past his prime.

My smithi isn't even close to maturity. I'm thinking she might have dehydrated. Any tips to help with this?

was there possibly a heat vent blowing on the cage, drying out the cage and spider? dehydration is easily prevented. maybe try gently flipping T on its back and dripping water into its mouth.

I keep my spiders in the corner of my room away from my window and vent. However it is possible the heat in my house has been on. Going to turn it off to make sure

I think the heat in my room might have dried her out during the cold season. Would a humidifier help prevent that?
