I wonder if that spider would sit still long enough for you to do focus stacking to get the whole carapace sharp, but I like this photo just as taken.

multiple images shot at different focus settings and merged. Common in product photography. If the spider moves, yer hosedNot sure what focus stacking is but Im googling now. Ty
Thank you. Im a newb with the photography so not sure how to do that all yet.Don't over saturate your images. That looks like around +50 of saturation. If you are going to saturate, layer mask the image from the background so at least the background stays in normal tonal ranges
