Im going to be packing my tarantulas on my carry one (international flight even) just because i keep seeing many of you saying you cant do it and record it.
It's all to do where you're from and where you're going. Whether you are allowed to or not. If you're planning on just not saying anything and smuggling, I'd advise against it. Some places in the world it is completely illegal to keep T's, like south Africa's western cape, or Australia where only native species are allowed.Im going to be packing my tarantulas on my carry one (international flight even) just because i keep seeing many of you saying you cant do it and record it.

No lmao smuggling is bad. I am against that. Im bringing my pets that i had since very small that i purchased here in canada over to europe (a geniclata) which is allowed in both canada and europe. Im just doing this to show you how much the TSA agents dont care cuz some of you say youll get arrested and in trouble. If you're talking about a local flight, I don't think I have seen anyone say that's not allowed to be done, follow protocol by letting the airline know you will be bringing them and all should be fine.
Its super expensive and complicated. Ive already done this a few times anyway. As of now ive never been asked.Literally why would you not jut mail them

Yeah this is never going to work. Even to take a dog with you it must have a passport from the country of origin to even be allowed into Europe. No lmao smuggling is bad. I am against that. I assume you have permission then? If not that is definitely smuggling. Proceed with caution here. If no permission you're breaking the law and posting about it.Ive already done this a few times anyway.

If you get past your border, you're definitely not getting through any of ours with a T without you already having permission to do so. If you do it without any permission and hide the animal, that is smuggling, and you will get remanded in custody until a decision is made if you're caught. What happens after that I don't know for sure but it may be extradited back to Canada, or worse jailed in a foreign country. Neither of which will be good news for you.

There was 2 guys not long ago got caught with a colony of ants in they're hand luggage and they are looking at 15 years in jail. Smuggling live animals involves the illegal movement of animals across international borders, typically without the required documentation, permits, or official notification to customs or wildlife authorities. You are admitting to doing this. It's smuggling, and, saying you're going to do it again. No its not smuggling

Yes , u can bring spiders without paper work lolFor those curious about EU regulations, if it is not a dog, cat or ferret (curiously they have their own category) there is no union wide regulation but national laws of the member states apply. For those three mammal categories they need to be chipped and registered, and the reason seems to prevent the spread of rabies.

EU countries' specific information
National rules that apply to the movement of animal species not affected by rabies, as well as the ones of no epidemiological significance for rabies...food.ec.europa.eu
It's not states over here, it's all separate counties like the USA, Canada, Mexico and so on. All of which have there own laws so stating a general Europe law is just the same as me stating a general continent of Americas law. At the end of the day if op is not declaring, it's smuggling whether it's allowed or not.For those curious about EU regulations, if it is not a dog, cat or ferret (curiously they have their own category) there is no union wide regulation but national laws of the member states apply. So you are seeking permission, therefore, what exactly is the point of you're post this is already general knowledge, if you seek permission and are allowed to take the T then that's that, what do you want a pat on the back.Im doing it legallyrelax
