Tarantula Lump Between Spinnerets

Tarantula molted about a week and half ago.
Tarantula age 12 years old (purchased from reptile pet store in Australia as a spiderling)
Signs of dehydration but looking slightly better over last 3 days. (seen her drinking)
I am worried, the tarantula looks like shes in pain and there's a lump between her Spinnerets that is reddish and yellow with clear liquid leaking from it. (Lump was noticed 8/2/2024)
One pedipalp leg is stuck up but can still be moved, the other leg is broken at the joint. Doesn't appear to be any stuck moult from looking at her and the moult.

Checked humidity and temperature was all good. Water and moisture in the enclosure. Shed currently not reentering her burrow as of today.

I have 5 other tarantulas in the same room and they dont show any similar signs to the sick tarantula. There doing very well but my oldest is 6 years while the other are around the 2 to 3 year mark.

Any help or suggestion is much appreciated as i am lost as to how to help her. Ive attached some photos to help show the issues.

Not sure how she broke her leg.
I only noticed it when she finished her moult. I am assuming it's broken by the look of the leg.

About 5 to 6 years ago she removed her own leg (didfrent leg). Assuming it was from mould issues but there no signs of mould in her current home. Leg grew back over time.

From the roof of her enclouser to the substrace is 10 to 12cm heigh. Possibly she fell.. but she's never broken anything pior, from this height.

Looks like a huge cyst/abcess of some kind, and at the bursting point if it's leaking. Not good.

You could try to apply some corn starch to stop the leak but be INCREDIBLY careful not to put any pressure on the bump. Ideally you should let her walk over a small pile of corn starch and hope some sticks to the bump instead of applying manually.

Other than that, there's not much you can do. Make sure the T has plenty of fresh water at all times, only feed tiny meals sparingly to avoid more internal pressure against the cyst, and be prepared for the worst.

It looks like a cyst from a rough molt. Is it eating? If it eats, then there's a small chance of hope. But honestly, it's anyone's call on whether it'll survive or not.

None of mine have survived with cysts and this is the worse spot I’ve ever seen one.

Thank you for your response. I checked on her this afternoon and it appears the bursting point has scabbed over a little, looks wet still but no signs of leaking at the moment. She a little less lethargic too, but still not her self. I have manged to get some corn starch onto the area without touching her. I attempted to feed her few days ago but she had no interest in her food, so i removed it from the enclosure.

to me this looks like impaction, like an internal blockage that was pushed out after the molt when the exosceleton was in a weakened state, streching it in the process

that's just my interpretion of the picture, i would prepare for the worst as well
