I have 3 Tarantulas. 1 MM rose hair and 2 juvies. My rose hair has lost some hairs on its abdomen on the top but looks pretty healthy and active. My A. versi juvie(recently molted) is just fine but my female GBB has the same problem. She has hairs missing from her back. She is also very active and healthy. What could be some reasons for this? Are they possibly getting ready to molt?

The loss of hair isn't due to premolt. It's most likely that they've just kicked or rubbed off some of their urticating hairs. No need to worry though, they'll grow back on the next molt :)

It's not a problem seeing lots of the terrestrials and Avicularia missing hair. They're called urticating hairs. They kick them off as defense and some individuals will even kick them off onto their molting mat as protection against predators(Theraphosa comes to mind).

A bald spot just means that the T found reason to kick hair. It's not a sign of a molt, but the bald patch can help indicate if they are. If it's a cream color, molt is still a ways a way; dark patch and it's close to or in premolt and will likely not eat prey.
