I keep most of them in the T room but I think a T enclosure in any room always adds a bit of flair. Except washroom might be bad with all the humidity.
I’d first ask your tarantula’s opinion.Hey guys just wondering if i can put my tarantula in my bedroom.
Yes go aheadHey guys just wondering if i can put my tarantula in my bedroom.
Yes they are okay with it.As long as i dont over breed my Ts.Are your parents aware of how harmful they can be, and they're ok with having them in the house?
Nothing wrong with keeping them next to your bed even new worlds as I do in summertime.I keep most of them in the T room but I think a T enclosure in any room always adds a bit of flair. Except washroom might be bad with all the humidity.
Can you clarify what you mean by “over-breed”? You know how many eggs one sac contains, right?Yes they are okay with it.As long as i dont over breed my Ts.
Tarantula: Um.....wow. I cannot unsee this! No thanks.I’d first ask your tarantula’s opinion.
Good point. Teenage boy’s bedroom? Don’t have to have a fully developed brain to know that’s a no thank youTarantula: Um.....wow. I cannot unsee this! No thanks.
Only reason I personally don't keep them in my room is I have fans going in my room. I don't think they'd be happy living in the vortex I create.Hey guys just wondering if i can put my tarantula in my bedroom.
I have noisy ass fans going at night, they havent seemed any different than when they were not in my room.Only reason I personally don't keep them in my room is I have fans going in my room. I don't think they'd be happy living in the vortex I create.
I have a ceiling fan and a box fan on high, haven't tried but I could see it being entirely too much air flow. Chaos in my room.I have noisy ass fans going at night, they havent seemed any different than when they were not in my room.
Like dont let the baby spider run around the house.I have plenty of highly venomous Ts like p.miranda,P.metallica and regalis just lacking in formosa. Can you clarify what you mean by “over-breed”? You know how many eggs one sac contains, right?
I have fans on pretty much constantly (fan when it's hot/ceramic fan heater when it's cold), they don't seem to care.Only reason I personally don't keep them in my room is I have fans going in my room. I don't think they'd be happy living in the vortex I create.

In the tarantula room I have an air purifier and a fan on low to promote airflow.

Thanks for sharing your experience igAll- see below
Ive used those noisy box fans with several species with no issue.
However I have also used a fan in a different place that made a few go truly nuts for a few seconds before I turned it off.
It really depends if fan and/or fan’s air flow will be an issue and it cannot be known a priori.
