I keep most of them in the T room but I think a T enclosure in any room always adds a bit of flair. Except washroom might be bad with all the humidity.

Fine to be in the bedroom. I sleep with mine and we spoon, just one at a time though; too old to take on more than one bed hog and risk interrupting my beauty sleep. The rest of the crew is just stewing with jealousy all night watching and wishing it was their turn.

I would think that any room that provides the T with the environment and security it needs can be a good place. I keep mine in my bedroom, safe from the family cat who has not discovered them yet. She is trying to learn how to turn door nobs to open doors, but has not gotten it yet. Thank goodness the nobs are round and hard for her to hold onto.

Nothing wrong with keeping them next to your bed even new worlds as I do in summertime.

As long as you have them in secure enclosures they cannot escape there is no problem.

Hey guys just wondering if i can put my tarantula in my bedroom.
Only reason I personally don't keep them in my room is I have fans going in my room. I don't think they'd be happy living in the vortex I create.

I have noisy ass fans going at night, they havent seemed any different than when they were not in my room.

I have a ceiling fan and a box fan on high, haven't tried but I could see it being entirely too much air flow. Chaos in my room.
In the tarantula room I have an air purifier and a fan on low to promote airflow.

Can you clarify what you mean by “over-breed”? You know how many eggs one sac contains, right?
Like dont let the baby spider run around the house.I have plenty of highly venomous Ts like p.miranda,P.metallica and regalis just lacking in formosa.

I have fans on pretty much constantly (fan when it's hot/ceramic fan heater when it's cold), they don't seem to care.

All- see below

Ive used those noisy box fans with several species with no issue.

However I have also used a fan in a different place that made a few go truly nuts for a few seconds before I turned it off.

It really depends if fan and/or fan’s air flow will be an issue and it cannot be known a priori.
