It is how to tell male, female or unsexed. 0.1.0 is a female, 1.0.0 is a male, and 0.0.1 are unsexed. Any number between the decimals is how many of each they have :D Hope that helped!

The number is the quantity, and the position indicates the gender. Examples:

Grammostola pulchra 1.0.0 (1 male)
Pterinopelma sazimai 0.2.0 (2 females)
Grammostola pulchripes 0.0.1 (1 unsexed)

you got it backwards a bit, 1.0=male, 0.1 = female,0.0.1= unsexed.

It's a secret code that one only learns when you get your secret decoder ring.

  • 1st digit: how many times it's bitten someone
  • 2nd digit: how many molts until maturity
  • 3rd digit: how many legs it's missing
