What to do with Tarantula Cross breed when you have them?

If non sciere x non sapiens then they( he she) produced animalibus...
Can I call them a new speci or do I need to register them to somewhere as new speci?

I am not knowledgeable about bio science nor dark world.

That's not how new species are created....instead, it's actually the end of 2 species bloodlines....hybridization should never be done, never be encouraged and if it happens, the offspring should NEVER be bred as it would only serve to destroy the species they would be bred with. Hybridization is the bane of the hobby....I can't think of anything worse.
